In 2023, our co-founders Sarah and Marcus were running a consulting business helping small service businesses grow. Time and time again, they heard the same complaint: “No-shows are killing our business.”

So they built ShowUpHQ — an AI-powered platform that actually prevents no-shows before they happen. Not just reminders, but intelligent predictions, smart waitlists, and automated interventions.
