Our proprietary AI engine analyzes historical data to predict the likelihood of a client missing their appointment.

How it Works

We look at over 20 factors, including:

• Client's past no-show history
• Time of day and day of week
• Weather forecast for the appointment time
• Lead time (how far in advance it was booked)

Risk Scores

Every appointment is assigned a risk score from 0% to 100%.

• Low Risk (0-20%): Likely to attend. Standard reminders apply.
• Medium Risk (21-60%): Monitor. You might want to double-check confirmation.
• High Risk (60-100%): High chance of no-show. We recommend requiring a deposit.

Automated Actions

You can configure ShowUpHQ to automatically take action for high-risk appointments, such as:

• Requiring an upfront deposit
• Sending an extra SMS reminder
• Alerting staff to call the client manually
