How to Connect
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard.
Choose Your Provider
Find the "Google Calendar" card and click the Connect button.
Authorize Access
Follow the secure authentication prompts to grant read/write access.
Select Sub-Calendars
Pick the specific calendars (Work, Personal, etc.) you want to monitor for conflicts.
Google to ShowUpHQ
Events created in your external calendar will automatically block off time in ShowUpHQ. This ensures that clients can never book you when you have personal appointments or meetings.
ShowUpHQ to Google
Every booking, rescheduling, or cancellation made in ShowUpHQ is instantly pushed to your Google Calendar, keeping your primary schedule perfectly up-to-date.
