Protect your revenue by enforcing deposits and cancellation fees.

Connecting Stripe

ShowUpHQ uses Stripe Connect to process payments securely.

  1. Go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe.
  3. Follow the prompts to link your bank account.

Setting Up Deposits

You can require deposits globally or per service.

  • Global: Applies to all online bookings.
  • Per Service: Go to Services, edit a service, and set a specific deposit amount (e.g., $20 for a Haircut).

Card Holds (No-Show Protection)

Instead of charging a deposit upfront, you can require a card on file. If the client doesn't show up, you can charge a "No-Show Fee" with one click.
